With the establishment of the new retirement home, a triangular public space is created between the existing structure and the new one, which embodies a new centrality and gives identity to a rather anonymous and heterogeneous context, guaranteeing the whole project lot unity and spatial continuity.
The two wings of the building define external spaces of different character: to the north, the green space dedicated to the playground, with the parking spaces separated by a row of trees, guarantees the necessary distance from the neighboring single-family houses;
